Guided trance work at Applied Hermetics is offered for relaxation, stress reduction, and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you have a diagnosed condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning hypnotherapy.

3. No Sessions While Driving or Operating Machinery
The conscious states we reach require a state of deep focus and relaxation. Do not listen to trance recordings or participate in sessions while driving or using heavy machinery.

Each person’s experience with guided visualization is unique. While many clients report positive outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed and depend on personal factors such as openness, consistency, and commitment.
5. Create a Safe, Comfortable Space
Sessions are most effective when conducted in a calm and private setting. Ensure you are in a quiet environment where you can sit or lie down comfortably without interruption.
6. Pause if You Experience Distress
If at any point during a session you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally uncomfortable, you are encouraged to pause or stop the session. You may wish to journal your experience, practice grounding techniques, or consult with a trusted healthcare provider if needed.
